The mouse controls the full restaurant. You move between the order counter, grill, topping area, and Pop Station. Quick service matters, but every customer also expects the food to match the ticket.
Grill Both Sides Properly
The Grill Station needs steady attention. Place the hot dog on the grill and watch its cooking progress. Turn it at the correct time so both sides cook evenly. Leaving it unattended can spoil the order and lower the customer’s score.
Once the hot dog finishes cooking, place it inside the requested bun. Customers may ask for ketchup, mustard, relish, cheese, onions, or other toppings. Apply each item in the right amount and spread sauces across the hot dog instead of placing everything in one spot.
Prepare Popcorn and Drinks
The Pop Station adds another job to the normal cooking routine. Customers may request a certain drink size and a box of popcorn. Start these items while the hot dog cooks. This saves time and helps the full order reach the counter together.
Several drinks can fill while new customers enter the stadium stand. Watch the machines so they do not delay the rest of the meal. A completed hot dog should not sit for too long while you prepare the side items.
