Take Charge of a Busy Pasta Restaurant
Papa’s Pastaria places you in charge of a restaurant in Portallini, a waterfront town preparing for a large destination wedding. Hungry guests keep arriving throughout the day, and each customer wants a carefully prepared pasta dish. You need to take orders, cook the noodles, add the correct sauce, place the toppings, and serve the meal without making people wait too long. The whole game uses mouse controls and divides the work across several kitchen stations.
Cook Every Bowl with Care
The cooking station needs close attention because customers may request different types of pasta and different cooking times. Leaving noodles in the water for too long lowers the quality of the meal. Removing them too soon causes the same problem. After cooking, drain the pasta well and move it to the next station.
Sauces and toppings need accurate placement. A customer may ask for meatballs, vegetables, cheese, or another ingredient in a certain amount. Check the order ticket before adding anything. A small mistake can reduce the tip even when the pasta cooks well.
Add Bread and Manage the Dining Room
Papa’s Pastaria also includes a Bread Station. You toast bread and serve it beside the pasta. Several orders may need attention at once, so it helps to start the bread while the noodles are cooking.
Customers can sit in the dining room instead of ordering only at the counter. You can hire a server to take those orders and carry the finished food. Both the chef and server can wear custom clothing. The restaurant lobby can also receive furniture and decorations bought with earned tips.
Unlock More Food Through the Seasons
The restaurant moves through four seasons and twelve holidays. New toppings and seasonal items appear as you continue. The game includes 83 menu items, 85 customers, seven mini-games, and 100 achievements. Weekly paychecks and rank increases provide more money for upgrades and decorations.
This Papas Games becomes harder as the order line grows. Good players check every station often and finish one part of each meal while another part cooks.
